Cooking is so important for survival that it is no wonder that there are so many dishes and recipes to choose from. A lot goes into the daily planning and organizing to get the best quality output to be tasted.

It is very much like research. The experiment may or may not be successful. A slight sleight of hand can cause a mishap. Expert cooks can make the correction. Novices have to be trained to produce a good outcome. Lot of recipe reading and mixing happens in the kitchen. Two or more people can add their own style of cooking.

Just like writing a research paper several people can have different styles of cooking. Chopping vegetables is the first step. This can be done with a machine or with your knife. Cleaning vegetables is a step that cannot be overridden. Emphasis on maintaining proper hygiene while cooking is essential to create a palatable product.  "Too many cooks in the kitchen can spoil the broth" is not incorrect. Read and take a lot of suggestions but use your discretion to follow the best one and implement.

Looking at the calorie requirements, ingredient (wheat based non-wheat based flour), honey, use sea salt instead of iodized salt, use cane sugar instead of regular sugar are some of the suggestions that can be implemented. A lot of thought goes into what are the levels of sugar, salt and spices that should be added to the dishes. 

One can take cooking to be a chore or a fun activity. But it is best when it is made with love. So managing your emotions while cooking can create lot of synergy in your cooking and add to your taste.

90% of taste is smell. So the aroma that arises when you cook can satiate your mouth and make a great treat! Cook to see what you love eating best. Someone else cooking for you is even more enjoyable. But cooking for yourself will teach a lot about your tastes and let you explore your interests. The emotion with which the dish is cooked can set the tone for the day. Happy cooking!
