You become what you think!!

What are you thinking when you look at this?

Ideas, inspirations, positive thoughts?

Once the mind sets its frequency to think at a certain frequency, all the thoughts that follow are in the same frequency. Sound familiar? This is what is referred to as the power of thinking. You become what you think... So think good for yourself, for your well-being. Optimistic people are known to live happier, healthier and wealthier lifestyles.

The power of thinking and vibrating at high frequencies cannot be over-emphasized in this changing society and times. Kids are thinking like adults and adults are trying to still figure things out. Little kids are adopting design thinking and solving bigger world problems while we are still growing.

That idea that seems like a pipe-dream is not so, it is to be acted upon. Failing soon is better than trying too hard and not getting anywhere. The flow of thoughts needs to go through it's ups and downs in order to reach the public consciousness. Whatever you think ultimately is reflected in some form in your personality. So being aware of your thoughts can save some trouble.

Your mind is talking to you and knows very well how you will react to situations drawing from similar memory in the past. In order to re-write the present, different from the past behaviours, the following BRATS (pun intended) thoughts need to be followed:

1. Being conscious of your actions. Believe in yourself!

2. Respond to every situation not react. The response is more favourable when thought goes into it.

3. Add a dash of optimism to your thoughts.

4. Take action based on the thoughts of expected outcome.

5. Synchronize your thoughts to be in different buckets of emotion - fear, over-confidence, chance, risk and funnel a combination of these to your final action.

Believe in yourself and go for it! Nothing is impossible!
