Respect the differences and act!

Women are the core of every family, every country and organization. We can determine the quality of a nation based on the kind of women we see there. Men have professions that they can be identified with, but it is only over 70 years back that women started showing up at work and started having a voice!

A woman has physical limitations due to her gender, but she makes it up by having a sound intellect and the desire to do something. We cannot discount men for their intuition and strength as well. But they are more physically endowed which makes them a little bit stronger than women! Realizing that gender is only another attribute that we add to a resume or a biography is something we all need to understand. Inherent biases cannot be encouraged among people. Any such display of emotion can fire negatively for the culture of the home, office or country. 

When does the gender recognition and attribute slice population? It is mostly when the physical body undergoes change at adolescence. The words we hear at that time, ring in your ears for a long time, the experiences at that age are etched in the mind for a long time. Most biases start from that age in school and carries onto college and work. As time progresses some of the experiences change in favor for more kinder feelings. Whew! thanks to a growing mind and body, many people change by the time they are fully functioning adult. 

And for those who do not change, let's be kind and mindful of the differences. Serve people with kindness since you do not know what struggles the other person is going through! 

To all the women out there, striving to thrive in this environment, "Yes we can".

It is crucial to have women participate and be lively and energetic throughout their life. Kindness that is rendered in the early stages of growth towards women serves them well in their whole life. Any kind of abuse or mistreatment to women scar them for life. Women have the powerful soft skills and lay the foundation for the next generation. If our moms weren't kind to us, we would not be here.  

Women are excellent managers and can multitask. They have a unique sensibility with which they make connections.

Empathy and social awareness characteristics are specific to women and they can use those to their advantage! Kudos to all the women who strive to work hard and make their families proud!

A woman will never want to see her kid go hungry to bed. Nurture the love and you will see it blossom into a beautiful plant. Educate a woman and you educate a whole generation! All occasions are more wonderful, colorful because of women chatter!! 

Keep it going strong and wonderful and be kind to all! Remember, you get what you throw out in the world!

There is always a chance of branching out in a new direction. You can carve your niche in different ways in both the fields. First there is the necessity to earn a living. Responsive vs Reactive

 What is the difference you may ask? But there is a huge difference. Responsiveness includes fore-thinking and planning for any such event that happens in the future. If a natural calamity happens and you have supplies ready that is responsiveness. Being responsive is a great trait for all the leaders to have in the face of calamity. You react first then provide appropriate response to the task in hand. Reactiveness is taking action after the event has happened. If a building collapses and then rescue team comes and helps the people that is reactiveness. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, the Newton's third law. If you react to all the actions that are happening around you, you will only be reacting and forget to take action. Same with life, taking action is important rather than reacting. Reaction is the first response to an event, but responsiveness is preparing for future events of the same type. Be reactive at first, but responsive in the long run!
